My business is named in loving memory of my dad, who sadly passed away. He used to call me “Lucy Locket”, and creating a brand that carries that name keeps his spirit close to me every single day. 

It’s more than just a business, it’s a reminder to everyone, of love, strength, and why I do what I do. That inspiration is what drives me to help others feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. With over 15 years of experience in hair and more than 10 years in beauty, I have dedicated my career to perfecting my skills and delivering high-quality, personalised services to every client.

Giving back has always been important to me. I’ve proudly worked alongside charities including Adferiad, LATCH (supporting children and their families) and Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as many others. Supporting those in need is something truly close to my heart.

For me, beauty is about more than appearance — it’s about lifting people up, building confidence, and making a difference wherever I can.

In under a year of opening, Lucy Locket has already achieved significant recognition. The business was awarded Runner-Up for Top 10 Makeup Artists and has recently been nominated for Best New Salon. These accomplishments within the first year reflect the dedication, high standards, and commitment to excellence that the salon is built upon.
